Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking highly motivated graduates to join our Technical Project Management and Technical Advisory teams across the UK, including Leeds. You will support the management and delivery of education, health, justice, defence, science and government projects from business case through handover.

Expect mentorship, a three-year development programme, and exposure to client and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support client and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Assist with planning, programming and coordination of projects.
• Monitor project progress, risks, actions and deliverables.
• Support procurement and contract administration activities.
• Assist with project financial management and forecasting.
• Coordinate information between clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews and project meetings.
• Support governance, quality assurance and reporting processes.
• Prepare project updates and monthly reports.
• Work within multidisciplinary project delivery teams to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Develop relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Support senior team in delivering technical advisory and project management commissions.
