Job summary

Mott MacDonald is recruiting graduates to join our Technical Project Management and Technical Advisory teams across the UK. This graduate role offers exposure to building and infrastructure projects from business case through design, procurement, construction and handover.

You will work with experienced advisers and project managers, developing technical, commercial and project management skills within a structured three-year early careers programme, Accelerating Your Future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed built environment disciplines or equivalent.
• Less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements).
• Demonstrated interest in project management, technical advisory services and the built environment.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects across lifecycle from business case to handover.
• Assist planning, programming and coordination of projects.
• Monitor progress, risks, actions and deliverables.
• Support procurement, contract administration and financial forecasting.
• Coordinate communications between clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Contribute to governance, quality assurance and reporting processes.
