Job summary

Mott MacDonald invites graduates to join our Energy practice as Graduate Technical Project Managers, working across technical advisory, design management and project management. The role involves engaging with clients, developing programmes and delivering integral project milestones.

You will gain hands-on experience through a three-year Early Careers programme, with mentoring, training, and a strong focus on professional growth within a global, employee-owned consultancy.

Qualifications

• Less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements).
• Bachelor's degree obtained no earlier than 2025 or expected to achieve one of the following disciplines.
• Discipline options include Construction project management or Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with clients, end users, statutory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
• Project programming.
• Feasibility studies.
• Financial planning and management.
• Contract administration.
• Developing client relationships.
• Working as part of a team of advisory consultants and supporting other team members.
