Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SEN and related strategies desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
  • Help create and prepare teaching resources.
  • Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe and positive environment.
  • Provide feedback on students’ progress and help identify areas for improvement.
  • Support students with special educational needs, if required.
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as needed.
  • Help with administrative tasks, including tracking student attendance and progress.
