Job summary

Step Into Teaching in Coventry is seeking Graduate Associate Teachers for a full-time role. You will support learning in and out of the classroom and work closely with experienced teachers to gain practical experience toward teacher training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2:2 honours degree or above required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Organisational skills and time management important.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom teaching across a range of subjects and age groups.
• Deliver small group or 1:1 interventions.
• Assist with planning and preparation of lessons.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.
