Job summary

Step Into Teaching in Coventry is seeking Graduate Associate Teachers for a full-time role. You will support learning in and out of the classroom and work closely with experienced teachers to gain practical experience toward teacher training.

The Opportunity:

• Graduate Associate Teacher
• Graduates with a 2:2 or above Hons degree required*
• Aspiring educational psychologists/ SEN Teachers
• 1:1 & Small Group work
• Coventry, West Midlands
• Full-time roles – Monday - Friday
• £575 - £600 per week

The successful graduate must:

• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• A genuine interest in education and helping students achieve their potential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential).
• Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) and strategies to support students with additional learning needs (desirable but not essential).
