The Graduate Network is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant for a SEND school in South Birmingham, starting September 2026. You will support pupils with additional needs on 1-2-1 and in whole-class settings, helping them engage with learning and build confidence.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with a range of special educational needs on 1-2-1 and in classroom settings.
• Assist with learning activities, promote social skills and build confidence.
• Work with teachers and therapists to support pupils with Autism, ADHD and other needs.
