Aspire People are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school in Northfield, Birmingham, supporting pupils aged 2-19 with a range of complex SEND needs. You will provide classroom and individual support to help learners access education and develop communication and social skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience with SEND and a Level 2/3 TA qualification or equivalent, and be comfortable with 1:1 and small-group support, including personal care where required.
