Job summary

Monarch Education is recruiting graduates for Graduate Learning Support Assistant roles in Nottinghamshire. You will work with pupils needing additional support across SEND and alternative provision settings, gaining valuable paid experience alongside studies or after graduation.

This role offers exposure to teaching, educational psychology, social work, youth work, speech and language therapy, and SEND support, with opportunities to develop confidence, resilience and professional practice.

Monarch Education is recruiting enthusiastic and committed Graduate Learning Support Assistants to work within SEND and alternative provision settings across Nottinghamshire.

About the Role

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support to help them engage in learning, build confidence and achieve their potential.

You may support children with:

• Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)


• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)


• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs


• Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)


• Behavioural and emotional challenges

Key Responsibilities
