Monarch Education is recruiting enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistants to work within SEND settings across Nottinghamshire. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils and assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.

This is an excellent entry point for careers in teaching, psychology, social work, or SEND support, with paid roles while you study or graduate. Nottinghamshire placement experience welcomed.

Monarch Education is recruiting enthusiastic and committed Graduate Learning Support Assistants to work within SEND and alternative provision settings across Nottinghamshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals considering careers in teaching, educational psychology, social work, youth work, counselling, speech and language therapy, or SEND support.

About the Role

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support to help them engage in learning, build confidence and achieve their potential.

You may support children with:

• Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)


• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)


• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs


• Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)


• Behavioural and emotional challenges

Key Responsibilities
