Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work in an Alternative Provision setting in the NG1 area of Nottingham. You will assist pupils with SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, anxiety, and other barriers, helping them re-engage with learning and build confidence.
The role involves supporting learners 1:1 and in small groups, maintaining a calm, patient approach, and collaborating with teachers and external professionals to track progress and promote positive development.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping pupils re-engage with learning, build confidence, develop positive relationships and achieve their educational goals.
All pay rates quoted are inclusive of rolled-up holiday pay.
