Protocol Education is working with a welcoming school that’s on the lookout for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting teachers in delivering dynamic, engaging lessons.
• Working 1:1 or in small groups with students who need a little extra help.
• Helping prep resources and get classrooms lesson-ready.
• Encouraging students to thrive – academically and personally.
• Tracking progress and sharing insights with teaching staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• A recent graduate with energy, enthusiasm and a love for learning.
• Great communicator and team player.
• Experience working with young people (volunteering, tutoring, mentoring, it all counts!)
• Adaptable, proactive and eager to get stuck in.
• Considering a career in teaching, SEN or education more broadly.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service.
