Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Graduate Programme Lead to deliver and improve graduate and internship programmes across the business. This temporary six-month contract combines programme management, stakeholder engagement, talent development and data-driven decision making to ensure graduates and interns have a positive, engaging and impactful experience throughout their programme journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing graduate, internship, apprenticeship, early careers or emerging talent programmes.
• Strong programme and project management experience, coordinating multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Experience delivering complex programmes within large organisations and navigating changing business priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of graduate and internship programmes across assigned business areas.
• Own the end-to-end programme life cycle, including onboarding, placements, development activities, rotations, performance monitoring and transition into permanent opportunities.
• Coordinate programme activities, development experiences and key programme milestones, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
• Partner with Graduate Talent Managers, Talent Boards, line managers and business stakeholders to create meaningful development opportunities and future workforce capability pipelines.
• Act as a central point of contact for graduates, interns and stakeholders, providing guidance, support and programme oversight.
• Monitor participant engagement, progression, retention and programme outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
