Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Graduate Programme Lead for a 6‑month temporary contract. The role is home-based with travel to London, Reading and Windsor, coordinating graduate and internship programmes across the business.

You will manage onboarding, placements, rotations and development activities while partnering with talent managers and stakeholders to build a strong future workforce pipeline. Strong programme management and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing graduate, internship, apprenticeship or early careers programmes.
• Strong programme and project management to coordinate multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of graduate and internship programmes across assigned areas.
• Own end-to-end programme lifecycle including onboarding, placements, rotations and transitions.
• Coordinate activities and milestones to meet business objectives.
• Partner with Talent Managers and stakeholders to create development opportunities.
• Act as central point of contact for graduates and interns, providing guidance.
• Monitor engagement and outcomes to identify improvements.
