Job summary

Leonardo S.p.A. invites graduates to join an 18-month programme, working on innovative projects across Sea, Land, Air and space domains. You will receive structured training, hands-on engineering experiences, and mentoring from experts.

The starting salary is £34,000 per annum with a £1,000 welcome bonus and a £1,000 exit bonus upon completion. A Temporary Accommodation Allowance may apply and the role requires spending at least three days on site each week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 or equivalent in engineering, maths, physics or STEM.
• Interest in coding/programming and relevant project work.
• Willing to be on-site for learning and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work on real engineering problems across Sea, Land, Air and space domains.
• Receive day-to-day guidance and on-the-job training in systems engineering processes and tools.
• Develop engineering skills and domain knowledge to achieve technical excellence.
