Job summary

Leonardo in the UK is offering a 18-month Graduate Programme for graduates eager to contribute to real-world projects from day one. You'll work on diverse CS3 initiatives that support helicopters and fast jets, with coaching from experienced engineers and opportunities to develop both technical and professional skills.

Role may be based in Luton or Edinburgh, with a hybrid working model and UK travel. Starting salary is £34,000 per year plus a £1,000 welcome bonus, with an additional £1,000 exit

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelor's or Integrated Master's in a relevant STEM subject.
• Interest in engineering and a career in Systems Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Use and develop technical knowledge to investigate problems and contribute within your team.
• Develop practical systems engineering skills across design, development, integration and verification.
• Apply academic knowledge to real engineering challenges within cost and schedule constraints.
• Collaborate with engineers from multiple disciplines and share ideas.
• Work with customers to understand needs and operational context.
• Capture and manage customer requirements and influence design decisions.
• Use data analysis, modelling, visualization and dashboards for decisions.
• Follow engineering processes and standards, and identify process improvements.
