Job summary

Hoare Lea is seeking a Graduate Sustainability Consultant in London. You will be exposed to live projects across healthcare, hotels, retail and residential, and participate in building performance simulations and energy-related workstreams.

You'll develop energy strategies with clients, contribute to environmental assessments (BREEAM, WELL, HQM), learn about whole life carbon reporting, and benefit from our mentor-led development, CPD and pathways toward Chartership.

Responsibilities

Work on live projects from day one – healthcare to hotels, retail to residential.
Undertake building performance simulations and energy-related workstreams.
Develop energy strategies with clients to lead sustainability innovation.
Assist in environmental assessments (BREEAM, WELL, HQM, etc) from early design stages to completion.
Develop understanding of whole life carbon reporting to support Net Zero strategies.
Undertake site surveys and research ground-breaking technologies.
Engage in continuous CPD and learning opportunities.
Support the development of holistic Sustainability Strategies, where necessary.
