If you’re ready to launch a meaningful career in Electrical Building Services Engineering, applications are now open for recent and upcoming Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering Graduates to join our Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme at our Winchester office.

Successful candidates will have an offer on the table prior to Christmas 2026 or early 2027 for a start in the Autumn.

Our two-year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Electrical Engineer at Ridge you will benefit from on-the-job learning experiences while working on buildings and developments across a variety of sectors. You’ll build practical experience in the design and specification of electrical services including power, lighting and associated building systems, while contributing to energy-efficient, resilient and sustainable solutions. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and contractors, gaining a rounded understanding of how successful projects are developed and delivered.
