Job summary

Thales Group in the United Kingdom is offering a 3-year Engineering Development Graduate Programme based in Cheadle. You will rotate across programmes, supporting engineers to design and develop solutions for customer needs and benefit from guidance by the Engineering Leadership team.

The programme is IET/IMechE/RAeS accredited, with core training and opportunities to rotate in Year 3. Flexible/hybrid working options and strong development support are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject and on track to achieve a degree in Aeronautical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mathematics, Physics or related fields.
• Entry-level graduate opportunity with limited professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme with potential rotation in Year 3.
• Work on design and development of engineering solutions to customer needs.
• Follow a structured learning pathway with sponsorship from Engineering Leadership.
