Job summary

Thales Group in Cheadle is launching a 3-year Software Engineering Graduate Programme. The role is based in Cheadle with a 37-hour week and a UK-based start in September 2027.

You will rotate across business units, develop engineering solutions, and be supported by senior leaders while gaining accredited training from IET, IMechE and RAeS. The programme targets new graduates in Computer Science, Computing, or Software Engineering, with a salary of £34,000 per year and a range of benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject (see list of eligible degrees).
• Entry-level graduate opportunity with start of professional career.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to engineering design and development on graduate rotations.
• Engage in learning pathways and core training to build engineering competencies.
