Job summary

Bosch Rexroth in Glenrothes, Scotland, seeks a postgraduate intern to gain in-depth exposure to the Supply Chain, Purchasing and Procurement environment. You will undertake technical and project tasks, supporting audits, stock transfers and demand planning while collaborating with suppliers to drive improvements.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field, have some ERP/SAP exposure, strong communication, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in supply chain management, business and/or Engineering.
• Experience with ERP systems or SAP is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer/supplier interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire in-depth understanding of the Supply Chain function across areas within purchasing and procurement.
• Undertake technical and project tasks with operational and strategic duties.
• Support audits and essential revalidations.
• Help supply chain teams maintain high product availability per service levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop innovations in products and workflows.
• Keep records, set up new lines, demand planning, and stock transfers.
• Assist with inventory and cost-reduction project work.
• Process concessions for logistics issues.
• Support data tracking, range reviews and price comparisons.
