Qualifications

• Master’s in Technical Engineering or comparable; Lean manufacturing principles are essential.
• Manufacturing experience and hydraulics knowledge from relevant internships; strong MS Office and IT skills; solid project management experience.
• Detail oriented, strong communication, teamwork, independence; forward-thinking with analytical and conceptual abilities; flexible mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build up an extensive network within the company to align priorities and shape your future.
• Develop understanding of hydraulic cartridge valves and manifolds manufacturing.
• Drive Manufacturing Excellence strategy across global operations to meet targets.
• Participate in efficiency improvement projects and value stream mapping.
• Prioritise digitalisation and AI projects to improve manufacturing practices.
• Explore field rotations across Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, BPS, MFC and BDO.
• Design lean manufacturing cells and ensure factory layouts meet evolving needs.
