RGB Network is seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to join its Glasgow team. You will work on temporary works design across major UK projects, gaining hands-on experience from concept through to site delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar discipline.
• Strong interest in civil and structural engineering.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Analytical mindset with a practical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ambition to progress towards Chartership.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with engineering design and project development.
• Producing design calculations and technical reports.
• Supporting the preparation of CAD drawings and design packages.
• Attending site visits, inspections and client meetings.
• Undertaking risk assessments and reviewing construction methodologies.
• Coordinating with contractors, clients and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Supporting project delivery from feasibility through to completion.
• Developing technical knowledge through ongoing training and mentoring.
