RGB seeks a Graduate Structural Engineer in Aberdeen to join its City office on a permanent contract. You will support temporary works design and delivery, developing skills from concept through construction to chartership.

Working with experienced engineers, you will gain broad exposure across UK infrastructure, refurbishment and heritage projects, with mentorship and a clear training path and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated to learn and develop towards professional chartership.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with engineering concept development and practical design solutions.
• Producing engineering calculations, reports and technical documentation.
• Preparing and reviewing CAD drawings and design information.
• Undertaking risk assessments and supporting safe design practices.
• Attending site inspections, surveys and project meetings.
• Supporting projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Liaising with contractors, clients and internal design teams.
