RGB Recruitment is assisting a well-known regional consultancy to recruit a Graduate Structural Engineer. You will receive direct mentorship toward chartered status in a proactive design environment, with exposure to a range of challenging projects and a strong client base.

The role offers a competitive annual salary of £28,000–£32,000, 25 days holiday, a performance bonus based on hours invoiced, and hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Fresh introduction to a design environment with a proactive approach.
• Strong work ethic is essential for growth toward chartered status.
• Interest in client engagement and consultancy role.

Responsibilities

• Producing design and analyses calculations of building structures and their various elements
• Surveys and report writing
• Producing structural drawings and arrangements
• Site visits
• Liaising and building relationships with clients, contractors and architects.
• Working through key objectives with either the ICE or IStructE with the view to achieving chartered status
