Thales is offering a 3-year Software Engineering Graduate Programme in Templecombe, UK. The scheme begins 6 September 2027 and includes rotations, structured learning and accreditation by IET, IMechE and RAeS. You will join a hybrid work environment with a route to diverse engineering experiences.

The programme targets graduates with a STEM degree, offering a salary of £34,000 per annum and comprehensive development, pension, health and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject in one of the listed areas.
• All applicable technical or related degrees will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by the IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Year 3 rotation around the country across different business units.
• Participate in discipline-specific learning pathways and core training.
• Develop key engineering skills, knowledge and competencies.
• Work in a set location and domain for the scheme to understand how the Engineering Function operates.
• Work on exciting new and existing products.
• Build a professional network across the organisation.
