Job summary

Thales Group in the United Kingdom offers a 3-year Software Engineering Graduate Programme starting 06 September 2027 in Cheadle. It features a rotation in Year 3 across different business units and a structured learning pathway with accreditation by IET, IMechE and RAeS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject and on track to achieve or have completed a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Entry-level graduate opportunity designed for individuals at the start of their professional career.
• All applicable technical or related degrees will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Year 3 rotation across UK business units to experience different engineering lifecycles.
• Develop and design engineering solutions to meet customer needs.
