Thales invites applications for its 2027 Systems Engineering Graduate Programme in Templecombe, UK. This entry-level scheme runs for three years with potential rotations in Year 3 across business units, allowing you to design and develop engineering solutions with support from fellow engineers.

You will be guided by the Engineering Leadership team on a structured learning pathway to accelerate your development, with a start date of 6 September 2027 and a competitive £34,000 annual salary.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject as listed in the requirements.
Degree or track in engineering/technical field suitable for aerospace/defence applications.
Commitment to pursuing a structured graduate development pathway.

Responsibilities

Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by IET, IMechE and RAeS.
Rotate in Year 3 around the country across different business units.
Work on engineering projects and develop solutions for customers.
