Job summary

Thales invites bright graduates to join a 3-year Engineering Development Programme in the UK. You will rotate across programmes, supported by engineers, to design and develop solutions for customers while gaining accreditation from IET, IMechE and RAeS.

Participants work in a fixed location, build core engineering skills, and may rotate in Year 3 or undertake a secondment with Thales partners, all under the Engineering Leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject from the listed areas.
• Entry-level graduate opportunity aimed at start of professional career.
• Security clearance requirements to work in the UK (BPSS and SC).

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme accredited by the IET, IMechE and RAeS.
• Rotate in Year 3 or explore an external secondment with Thales partners.
• Build engineering skills and develop competencies within a defined location and domain.
