We follow a hybrid working model that combines office and remote work, with a requirement to be in the offices three days a week. This approach supports the development of a strong and effective team dynamic.

Our technology stack is mostly Microsoft-based: we develop software using .NET and Visual Studio, primarily in C#, but also VB.NET for legacy applications. We use Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and legacy WinForms for our desktop apps, ASP.NET and Angular for web development, SQL Server and Azure for data. We also use Python for various data analytics or scripting solutions. You will also get to develop clever macros using VBA to help our engineering teams become more efficient and save time through automation. All of these will be supported by using Artificial Intelligence, particularly Large Language Models, to increase our development efficiency, so you will be gaining more experience with using some of the latest models.
In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad‑hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization.
