Qualifications

• Office, administration or customer service experience is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for customers and support the sales and account management team.
• Prepare quotations and pricing information.
• Manage customer orders from enquiry to delivery.
• Assist with tenders, pricing exercises and customer proposals.
• Keep customers informed with excellent service and CRM data.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth orders.
