Uxbridge Employment Agency in Buckinghamshire is offering a Graduate opportunity as a Sales & Logistics Administrator. The role involves learning across sales, international logistics and order management with full training provided.

You will support shipments, invoicing and documentation while developing numeracy, accuracy and commercial understanding for a future in supply chain and logistics.

Formación

• Degree in any discipline is essential.
• Need commercial aptitude and the right attitude to develop within the business.
• Good with numbers and comfortable with numerical information.
• Exceptionally accurate with a strong eye for detail.
• Comfortable using Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Organising shipments to customers worldwide
• Raising invoices and preparing shipping documentation
• Using customer booking portals to arrange deliveries
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time
• Checking order, pricing and delivery information for accuracy
• Monitoring customer orders from receipt through to dispatch
• Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email
• Maintaining accurate records and information
• Supporting the wider sales and customer service team
• Exposure to sales administration, customer service, order management, credit control, supply chain and logistics
