Job summary

Sysco GB is seeking graduates for a Sales Graduate Programme that combines structured learning, hands-on placements, and mentorship across our sales teams. You will engage with customers of varying sizes, learn to tailor solutions, and contribute to growth through insight-led selling.

You will rotate through three key placements, develop core sales skills, and then specialise in a chosen area, with support from managers and a broad graduate network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 2:2 Bachelor's degree.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Sales.
• UK driving licence.
• Genuine passion for food.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
