Job summary

Sysco GB presents a Sales Graduate Programme designed to launch your career in sales. You will rotate across local field sales and account management, working with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience with customers of varying sizes.

You will complete three placements, focus on core sales skills, and develop commercial insight while being mentored by senior leaders within a fast-paced, customer‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a 2:2 or above Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Sales.
• UK Driving licence.
• Genuine passion for food.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Initiative and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete three key placements, rotating around different sales teams and customer types.
• Support live accounts and gradually take on responsibility as confidence grows.
• Engage with customers of all sizes and tailor solutions to their needs.
• Develop core sales skills, including negotiation and insight-driven selling.
• Build and nurture relationships to drive growth and customer value.
• Learn from mentors and senior leaders through structured rotations.
