Sysco GB's Merchandising Graduate Programme offers hands-on experience across the full procurement lifecycle, with rotations through key category areas, working with expert buyers and suppliers. You'll develop negotiation, analytics, and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Based at our Ashford, Kent head office with hybrid onsite/remote rotations, the programme runs 39 hours per week, and supports your pursuit of the CIPS qualification to accelerate your

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (2:2 or above).
• Analytical mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across the full procurement lifecycle.
• Rotate through two key placements supporting category areas and learn procurement activities.
• Develop negotiation, supplier management, pricing, and presentation skills.
