Job summary

Sky Business in Leeds launches a two-year graduate sales programme designed to fast-track ambitious graduates into commercial sales and strategy. You’ll complete four rotations, starting with formal training, shadowing, and sector-specific upskilling, with hands-on client interactions throughout.

Initially based in Leeds for six months, the scheme offers relocation support to Osterley later and the chance to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Desk-Based Graduate Sales Executive: build foundational B2B sales skills in prospecting, outreach, and customer engagement.
• Field Sales Graduate Executive: lead strategic conversations and apply Sky’s Sales Methodology.
• Wholesale Graduate Account Manager: manage relationships with Sky ISP partners to drive connectivity sales.
