Job summary

Sysco GB’s HR Graduate Programme offers a dynamic start to your career, rotating through HR Operations, Resourcing, Employee Relations, and HR Partnering. You’ll receive personalised mentorship and work on real projects with senior leaders, while developing the skills to become a future HR partner or specialist.

Based between Aylesford and Ashford, the programme blends onsite and hybrid rotations. You’ll work 39 hours a week, with CIPD qualification funded and strong progression opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelor's degree or above.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Driving licence and access to transport.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on HR experience across core functions (HR Operations, Resourcing, Employee Relations).
• Support HR partnering with operational and business teams to drive performance.
• Contribute to Talent & Development initiatives and diversity and inclusion efforts.
• Assist in recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes.
• Participate in projects that enhance HR strategy and business performance.
