Who is hiring?

This business is a leading distributor of IT equipment that their customers (Installers/System Integrators) use to build and test IT infrastructure networks for their "end user" clients, mainly Office & Data Centre builders/users.

End users are in sectors such as banking, Government, and education; some examples include Barclays, HSBC, MOD, Google, Microsoft, Cambridge University, and Oxford University.

What is the role on offer?

Based in their Crawley office, your role as a Commercial Sales Trainee will initially involve learning all aspects of the business. The first 3 months will focus on product and sales training, after which you'll be introduced to sales targets. You will represent their full range of products over the phone to new and existing customers.

You will primarily deal with IT installers working on large data centres. Working closely with the General Manager and sales teams, this is an exciting opportunity to learn about the data network industry, develop skills, work on your own projects, and start your career in a large, diverse organization. While the role will start as primarily office-based, there will be opportunities to meet customers face-to-face as you gain experience.
