Our client is a major player in the construction industry. Supporting businesses with cement, aggregates, ready-mixed concrete, asphalt, and more, they've worked on significant national projects such as HS2 and the Olympic Stadium.
Established in the 1800s, they've grown to have a global presence within their market and are seeking a graduate to join their London sales team.
Working as an inside sales executive, based in their Greenwich office.
Once fully trained, your goal will be to help develop new business opportunities. This involves tasks such as proactively reaching out to potential clients, responding to inbound leads, and liaising with the technical team on large projects.
No experience is required; attitude and desire are key. Success in this role could lead to opportunities such as a client-facing area sales manager position.
Support and development will be provided, especially in the first 12 months. A keen desire to learn and progress is essential.
Sales can be challenging, so resilience is important, along with a drive to meet KPIs and targets.
Relationship-building skills are crucial, as you'll interact with various decision-makers daily and need confidence to develop these relationships.
