This role involves networking and relationship building with existing accounts, managing active accounts, and driving upsell and cross-selling opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs, cross-sell services, grow revenue, and replenish services within existing accounts.
