Job summary

You’ll learn through structured training and hands‑on mentoring, gaining insight into customer journeys, data analytics and delivery strategies.

Qualifications

• Be fluent in English.
• Have achieved, or be on track to achieve, a 2:1 Undergraduate degree classification or above (or an international equivalent).
• Will have completed studies by July 2027.
• Be legally permitted to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme and beyond the end date, without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through customer, digital, commercial and delivery teams to build the skills needed to shape better banking.
• Explore themes from complaints, disputes, fraud or Premier experiences to turn insights into practical improvements.
• Learn to track KPIs and measure value, supporting safe, responsible change at pace.
