Job summary

Responsibilities

• Rotate through customer, digital, commercial and delivery teams to build core banking skills.
• Analyze customer journeys to diagnose friction and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support KPI tracking and value measurement across rotations.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to land safe, responsible change at pace.
• Gain hands-on experience in digitisation and technology in retail banking.
