Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work with Retail Banking teams to improve customer journeys and digital propositions.
• Review product ranges, customer service activity, marketing campaigns or complaints, using data to identify trends for improvement.
• Engage in project work, presentations and skills-based evaluations as part of the placement assessment.
