KPI Education is growing - and we're looking for a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer to join our Manchester team.

KPI Education specialises in long-term and permanent recruitment for schools across the UK, with a particular focus on identifying talented graduates who can become the next generation of teachers and education professionals.

This is an excellent entry point into recruitment. You'll receive hands‑on training, work alongside experienced education recruiters and learn how to identify, attract and engage high-quality candidates.

What will you be doing?

• Searching job boards, LinkedIn and our database for outstanding candidates
• Speaking with graduates and education professionals every day
