KPI Education in Manchester City Centre is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer to join our education recruitment team.

You’ll access training and work with experienced recruiters while identifying graduates who can become teachers and education professionals.

• Search job boards, LinkedIn and our database for outstanding candidates.
• Speak with graduates and education professionals every day.

• Match candidates to opportunities within schools.
• Support consultants with candidate shortlists and interviews.
• Build relationships and maintain regular candidate contact.
• Work towards weekly and monthly activity and placement targets.
• Learn the full recruitment process with progression into Recruitment Consultant.

KPI Education is growing - and we're looking for a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer to join our Manchester team.

KPI Education specialises in long-term and permanent recruitment for schools across the UK, with a particular focus on identifying talented graduates who can become the next generation of teachers and education professionals.

This is an excellent entry point into recruitment. You'll receive hands-on training, work alongside experienced education recruiters and learn how to identify, attract and engage high-quality candidates.

What will you be doing?

As a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer, you'll be at the heart of our candidate strategy. Your role will include:

• Searching job boards, LinkedIn and our database for outstanding candidates
• Speaking with graduates and education professionals every day
• Screening and interviewing prospective candidates
• Writing and posting engaging job adverts
• Building your own network of graduate talent
• Matching candidates to opportunities within schools
• Supporting consultants with candidate shortlists and interviews
• Building relationships and maintaining regular candidate contact

• Learning the full recruitment process with the opportunity to progress into a Recruitment Consultant
