The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)

You’ll receive full training to run a 360 recruitment desk, including:

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Building client relationships and developing new business
• Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
• Conducting sales calls and business development activity
• Working towards KPIs, targets and revenue goals
• Handling feedback, challenges and objections professionally

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)

Start Date: Interviewing now for End of August / Start September starts
