Our Education Recruitment Consultants provide teachers, teaching assistants and school support staff to over a thousand Primary and Secondary schools every day in the UK, for both short and long-term assignments.

Who We Are Looking For

We will also be considering applications from more experienced resourcers who are looking for a new challenge where they can progress into a consultant’s positon. Our aim is for the successful resourcer to progress to a consultant role within their first 6 months depending on how quickly they learn.

Role responsibilities

* 180 Recruitment Role – Resourcing side
* Advertising on job boards & CV searching
* Pre-screening candidates
* Completing compliance checks to a Gold Standard
* Meeting candidates face to face for registration
* Liaising with consultants to place your candidates in bookings
* Shadowing consultants preparing for your progression into consultant role
