What You'll Get

• Starting salary between £24,000 + uncapped commission from day one (no thresholds)

What You'll Be Doing Day-to-day

• Business development: Building your client base by reaching out to UK Government decision-makers. Confidence in sales and pitching is essential.
• Client relationships: Developing trust and understanding clients' hiring needs to help grow their teams.
• Candidate sourcing: Headhunting using platforms like LinkedIn, writing adverts, screening CVs, and conducting interviews.
• Process management: Handling interviews, salary negotiations, and securing offers throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Market building: Becoming an expert in your niche, spotting trends, and identifying opportunities.
