Job summary

A leading global recruiting firm in Manchester is seeking motivated and ambitious graduates for the role of Recruitment Consultant. This is an entry-level position with a full-time commitment, where you'll manage full 360 recruiting for clients. Ideal candidates are dedicated, team-oriented, and hold a 2:1 degree from a leading university. We are now looking to hire a number of recent graduates to become recruiters for professional markets and join our newest office in Manchester!

If you have the skills and desire for sales, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. With our training and guidance you could be earning up to 100k+ in 3 years' time, with uncapped commission.

Due to an increased client demand we are looking for motivated and ambitious graduates to join the team as soon as possible.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Full 360 recruiting for new and existing clients.
• Maintaining and establishing strong relationships with candidates and clients across the market.
• Executing Business Development into new accounts.
• Client and candidate mapping.
• Sourcing new roles.
• Adhering to company values, being a good team player.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have a 2:1 in any degree from a leading university.
• Any additional knowledge of one of our sectors would be useful.
• Able to meet strict deadlines and be KPI driven.
