Job summary

Pinpoint Partners in London is seeking recent graduates to become recruiters for professional markets and join our growing office. You will receive 1-1 training on our 360 recruiter training scheme from day one, with clear progression towards management and the potential to work in Los Angeles or New York.

With our training and guidance you could be earning 100k+ in 3 years, supported by an uncapped commission structure.

We are now looking to hire a number of recent graduates to become recruiters for professional markets and join our growing office in London!

What this role offers you:

Uncapped Commission! - 45% Commission after progressing to senior consultant – Graduates have made this step within 12 months.

Potential Fast track/Ability to progress from Junior to Manager in 12 - 18 months!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Full 360 recruiting for new and existing clients.
• Maintaining and establishing strong relationships with candidates and clients across the market.
• Executing Business Development in to new accounts

• Must have a 2:1 in any degree from a leading university.
• Any additional knowledge of one of our sectors would be useful.
• Able to meet strict deadlines and be KPI driven.

• Competitive starting base salary £28,750 / year + uncapped commission
